CHEFS STORY

How it all started

I’ve learned so much in my years as a chef, I was always looking for opportunities to improve my skills. After I graduated from culinary school, I worked at many different and unique restaurants or establishments that helped me cultivate my cooking skills today.

I can remember my first memories of cooking as a boy with my dad, I helped him cook our family’s Sunday meals. I really cherish these memories spent being my dad’s cooking assistant because they really brought the family together, we were all so happy eating delicious food and spending quality time together. I think this is where my love for cooking started, the beginning of my journey as a chef.

Even though I’m very grateful for all the experiences I’ve had, it’s always been a dream of mine to start my own business. To be honest, overcoming the fear of actually starting out on my own has been one of the harder things I’ve had to do in life, even with all the support I had. So, when the opportunity popped up, I took it right away.

This menu reflects my journey as a chef and my culinary perfection. It is an amalgamation of everything I have been through to get to where I am today. I do consider myself a shy and introverted person, but I feel that my menu reflects the opposite of that. I hope to experiment more with my cooking and be able to express my culinary creativity to create even more great dishes for my customers.

Globally inspired comfort foods

Crab & Burger is run out of my humble little cloud kitchen, I have created a variety of globally inspired comfort foods that anyone can easily eat and like. Many of my creations have crab in them but are incorporated in different ways. Only the best quality ingredients available are used so that I can achieve and maintain the best taste possible. In my kitchen, I also bake all my brioche buns for the burgers. I’m proud of all my crab burgers, but I'm especially proud of my Krabby Patty Deluxe. I really outdid myself with this one!
