After months of work, sweat, tears, and worrying, I’m so proud and happy to announce the launch of my small business Crab & Burger. The preparation work it took was challenging and a bit overwhelming at times, but I can truly say it was all worth it.
Even though Crab & Burger just opened, the feeling of being proud of myself for achieving this feat in life is already very encouraging. Even though it was challenging, I had a lot of fun creating the dishes for my menu.
All the hours spent in my kitchen freely experimenting with all the creative freedom in the world, is what I feel is what it truly means to be a chef.
I hope that people enjoy my food as much as I enjoy them and feel as happy as I do when eating them!
