I’ve never been a fan of the idea of having a marketing budget. To me, the word “budget” implies that you will only spend up to a certain limit and then stop.
But if your marketing is profitable, why would you want to stop?
Think about it this way: if I gave you $2 for every $1 you gave me, would you limit yourself to a budget? I hope not!
The same principle applies to marketing. You should take some of your profit and reinvest it back into your marketing campaign to make even more money.
And you only stop when it’s no longer profitable.
